Meta portal FAQ
A quick guide to Team Supreme's role, client onboarding, permissions, ownership, and support boundaries.
What is Team Supreme's current Meta status?
Team Supreme is a verified Meta business and a verified WhatsApp Tech Provider. We do not claim current Meta Partner, Tech Partner, or Certified status unless explicitly verified.
Does Team Supreme's verification guarantee my approval?
No. Each client may need its own verification, eligibility checks, app or template review, permissions, quality checks, and policy compliance. Meta makes those decisions.
Who owns my business assets?
Ownership should remain clear and documented. The joining plan should identify the client business, administrators, WABA, phone, Instagram account, Page, ad account, domains, billing, and revocation path.
Will Team Supreme see my password or access token?
No password should be shared. Authentication takes place with Meta through a hosted flow. Tokens and secrets belong in controlled server-side systems, not in this portal or support chat.
What do I need before joining?
Bring a clear use case, business/admin contact, relevant assets, eligible phone or account details, opt-in and privacy context, and a technical owner. Meta may request more information.
Can you guarantee message delivery, ad performance, or account restoration?
No. Delivery, reach, quality, ads, enforcement, restoration, product access, and review outcomes depend on Meta, the account, the use case, and policy compliance.
What happens if my account is not eligible?
We explain the known blocker and, where possible, identify a safer prerequisite or alternative path. Eligibility and final decisions remain with Meta.
What should I send to support?
Send safe error text, timestamps, affected product, redacted screenshots, and non-secret identifiers. Never send passwords, tokens, app secrets, private IDs, or unredacted customer data.
