Client onboarding
Join through a prepared, secure process.
Eligible businesses can explore onboarding with Team Supreme as a verified Meta business and verified WhatsApp Tech Provider. Start with a conversation; a connection link is provided only after the use case and setup path are understood.
No shortcut promise: joining Team Supreme does not bypass Meta eligibility, business verification, permissions, app review, template review, quality enforcement, billing, or policy decisions.
The exact joining process
- 1 · Contact: share your business name, safe contact, country/market, goal, and preferred product. Do not send passwords, tokens, or secrets.
- 2 · Intake: Team Supreme maps the use case, customer journey, expected volume, opt-in, assets, domains, phone numbers, administrators, and technical owner.
- 3 · Eligibility review: we identify requirements and gaps. Meta may require business details, documents, account history, permissions, or additional review.
- 4 · Commercial and ownership confirmation: agree scope, support responsibilities, asset ownership, access level, billing, data handling, and revocation path.
- 5 · Secure connection: the authorized client administrator authenticates with Meta through the configured hosted flow and reviews every requested permission and asset.
- 6 · Configure and test: set up the selected API, webhooks, phone, templates, permissions, logging, opt-outs, retries, and controlled tests.
- 7 · Handover: document identifiers, owners, support route, monitoring, incident process, and the production go/no-go decision.
