Work in progress

Building the next layer of dependable support.

Our current initiatives focus on making Meta work easier to understand, safer to connect, and more repeatable to operate. These are active areas of work, not claims that every capability is already available to every client.

Onboarding quality

Improve intake, readiness checks, permission reviews, ownership records, and handover templates for eligible client journeys.

Reusable integrations

Strengthen patterns for WhatsApp webhooks, message states, retries, templates, opt-outs, logging, and controlled testing.

Instagram workflows

Document account eligibility, permission mapping, supported messaging/content scenarios, and safe operational boundaries.

Marketing operations

Create clearer planning and reporting patterns around campaign structure, access, testing, and measurement context.

Public documentation

Publish plain-language guidance for business owners alongside developer references, checklists, FAQ answers, and support boundaries.

Support readiness

Improve redacted diagnostics, escalation preparation, incident ownership, and policy-change communication.

How progress is measured

  1. Can a new client understand the product and ownership model before connecting?
  2. Can an administrator verify every requested asset and permission in the hosted flow?
  3. Can the technical team test success, failure, retries, opt-outs, and revocation safely?
  4. Can support receive useful redacted evidence without exposing credentials or customer data?
Status note: Meta may change APIs, requirements, eligibility, review, or policy. Initiative scope and timing can change accordingly.
